INNOVATIONS COMPANY as a quick way to explain how workflow and process is evolving.

The Conference Company delivers flawlessly executed conferences and events – as you’d expect of a top-level professional conference organizer. But we also do something much rarer: we bring you an exceptional team of people who make the experience a pleasure.

We’re a full-service conference management and corporate event planning company. We work with national and international healthcare, scientific and research associations, government organisations and corporate clients.

As well as managing conferences, we organised exhibitions, coordinate international conference bids, develop and manage industry awards and stage fantastic corporate events.

Service delivery

We take a meticulous systems-based approach to every project we manage. At the outset, we prepare the detailed documentation that will govern its entire life cycle: a project plan, a strategic marketing plan, budget and cashflow projections, a sponsorship plan and a comprehensive risk assessment, which we re-evaluate throughout the project. We manage your involvement over the life of the project to ensure the demands on your time are predictable, scheduled and clearly defined. We keep our processes transparent and our reporting to you full, accurate and prompt. And we keep the entire project under control and on target: for quality, timeline and budget.

Marketing

We take care of all aspects of promoting your conference or event, from marketing strategy and event branding to developing printed promotional material. We’ll oversee the design, build and content management of your event website, manage your event PR and prepare direct mailings to your email or address database. We can also orchestrate the promotion of your event via social and other online media.

Financial integrity is at the heart of our business and project management systems. Our rigorous financial management practices afford you full confidence in the security of your project; our financial planning, budgeting, cashflow, forecasting and registration payment systems are second to none. Your project funds are ring-fenced in independent bank accounts and never mixed with those of other parties. Detailed, accurate, timely financial reports keep you fully informed on money matters at every step of the project, right through to our detailed post-event analysis.

Through our involvement in the IAPCO Sustainability Working Group, we are well versed in the application of international best-practice sustainability measures to conference and event management. We know how to apply sustainability measures in ways that are both practical and cost-effective. We can guide you through implementation of sustainability initiatives in areas such as venue, transport, accommodation, AV production, food and beverage service, exhibition and conference materials, marketing, communications and carbon offsetting.

Going live

When it comes to the day of your event, every last arrangement will be in place and double-checked hours ahead of time. Every person will be briefed, every system tested, ready to move smoothly into action. Our on-site team will liaise with delegates, speakers, suppliers and exhibitors, tending to both front-of-house matters and behind-the-scenes logistics with ease and professionalism. Your conference or event manager will be at your side throughout the event, taking care of any issues and leaving you free to enjoy hosting your sponsors and guests.

Post analysis

After your event, we conduct a thorough review of the project, from team debrief to analysis of registration statistics to full financial reporting. We request feedback from delegates, sponsors and exhibitors and translate it into charts and summaries for your reference. This information is invaluable for measuring the success of your project against your original vision and for future planning. We also seek feedback on our own service against key performance measures agreed at the start of the project, ensuring we ourselves are always learning and always innovating.
